Blank mini laser-cut ply shape designed by Zena Elliott
These small wheku/mask shapes tie in with Āniwaniwa by Zena Elliott and Tina Tangiweto. Zena designed the base shapes, which have been laser-cut from 7mm ply. The shapes echo Zena's two large wheku on display in the exhibition: Ramaroa (duality) and Ramaroa (pass the threshold).
Decorate these 7mm ply blanks as you see fit! Tina and Zena used acrylic paint on theirs, but most art media will work with this surface. Have fun!
Each piece is currently free of fixings on the back. ***Please use the comment section when ordering to tell me what fixing you would like attached to the back or put in loose: d-ring, pin, or brooch bar.***
